HST at 13% is charged on the CorpStart service fee only. Government filing fees are pass-through disbursements and are not taxed by us. The NUANS name search is included at no extra charge, so a named corporation costs the same as a numbered one. Annual return filing is a separate service.

Government filing fees are remitted directly to the Ontario government (OBCA filings: $300) or Corporations Canada (CBCA filings: $200) on your behalf. They are non-refundable once a filing is submitted.
