Filing the articles is the part everyone talks about. The records behind them are the part a bank, an accountant or a buyer actually asks to see, and the registry does not prepare any of it. We do, on the day you incorporate, and it is yours to keep.

Do I need a lawyer to incorporate in Ontario?
No. Incorporating in Ontario or federally is a government form submission. CorpStart prepares and files the documents on your behalf as a document preparation service. For complex structures (trusts, estate freezes), consult a lawyer.
How long does it take?
Order before 4pm ET on a business day and we submit your filing that day. From there it is the registry's clock, not ours: the Ontario Business Registry issues immediately, and Corporations Canada's published service standard is one business day. Orders after 4pm, or on a weekend or holiday, are submitted the next business day.
What's included in the price?
Your flat service fee covers document preparation, Articles of Incorporation, By-law No. 1, Organizational Resolutions, Share Register, and a digital Minute Book. The government filing fee is collected and remitted separately, shown at checkout.
What's the difference between Ontario and federal incorporation?
Ontario corporations operate only in Ontario (extra-provincial registration needed to operate elsewhere). Federal corporations operate across all provinces. Federal is more flexible for expansion; Ontario is cheaper and faster for local businesses.
